Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space, just converted to the highest standards , set in beautiful countryside , walking distance from two popular pubs , dog friendly. Close to Woodbury common popular for walks , 3miles from Exeter airport and 6min drive from M5 J30 , close by are Sidmouth , Exmouth , Topsham and more . The space Entry to the property is up 3 steps to a decking area where the French doors lead to the main living Area , which comprises of a fully equipped kitchen , breakfast bar and spacious sitting area with comfy sofa and big wall mounted TV . From this Room leads to a small lobby area where coats shoes and luggage can be left . The well appointed bathroom is off to the left with a large walk in shower , Toilet , and modern sink unit . Across the hall way is a compact bedroom which has a king sized bed , bed side tables and lamps with the best quality fabrics and bedding for a comfortable stay . We do accept small well behaved dogs but do respectfully ask that the doggies do not sleep on the bed or sofa and are appropriately towelled down if wet with the doggie towels provided . We love animals ourselves and a short break for us isn’t the same with our pooch ! We have a designated place for our guests to park and they have use of the little garden area beside the property in addition to a table and chairs to enjoy a morning cuppa or glass of wine of an evening watching the sun go down . Guest access We have plenty parking for any type vehicle Other things to note We live in a quiet lane and have superb links to the Jurassic coast and many more attractions- Exeter chiefs our local rugby venue is approx 4miles away and Exeter airport is approx 3miles . Westpoint is 2 miles and we are also very close to Rockbeare Manor which host many prestigious events and weddings . Exmouth and Sidmouth both boast lovely beaches and lots of restaurants and the quaint village of Topsham is also a 12 min drive away , So much to see and do right on our doorstep and our accommodation is in the lovely East Devon countryside .
