The Jefferson Lodge on Claytor Lake was previously owned by the Jefferson Mill Company. The lodge was restored in the 90s by the previous owners, who also built an adjoining home next to the lodge. Lodge has 6 private acres, over 1,000 ft of waterfront, 4 BRs, 1 bath, kitchen, sunroom, breakfast nook, large living room, swimming dock, and stunning views of the New River Valley. Property is 30min from VT and 20min from Radford. The space The Lodge is situated up on a cliff with beautiful views of Claytor Lake and the surrounding mountains. The property includes a cove with safe access to the water, boat dock, 5 kayaks (4 adult, 1 youth), and a large 3 person canoe for guests to use during their stay. Other amenities include a charcoal grill, washer and dryer, porch swing, and large octagon picnic table for enjoying dinner out on the deck overlooking the lake. Guest access Guests have full and private access to the lodge, deck, boat dock, kayaks, and canoe. The boat stored on the lift is not for guest use. Other things to note While there are two adjoining homes on the property, they are entirely separate homes, each having their own entrances, HVAC systems, dedicated deck space, and other amenities. The swimming and boat dock, kayaks, canoe, and other water amenities are for use by AirBnB lodge guests. The adjoining home is not available for rent and is mostly vacant unless we're in town for the weekend.
