I can understand the bad press and concern with regard to AirBnB cleaning fees, etc. In the interest of transparency, I have never used that as a profit point and it costs me $175 for cleaning which is what I charge. I am not really into discounting my rates but may offer some late booking exceptions. If it is a short stay with one or two people feel free to contact me regarding the cleaning fee. You will not be disappointed as the house, landscaping, furnishings, and amenities are much nicer than 99% of rental properties on the mountain and it is priced accordingly.
