The space This studio apartment guest suite - with separate private entrance - is located on the garden level. This is a cozy and comfortable private studio apartment with some fun vintage quirks and touches. The studio features a king size, memory foam bed; kitchenette with sink, fridge, coffee maker, and other small appliances(see pictures for full list); and marble and porcelain tile bathroom. Vintage amenities include original Nintendo game system - Duck Hunt, Mario Bros, Tetris, and Wrestlemania games available. The TV is a Roku enabled smart tv with multiple streaming channels. Log in to your fave apps, or enjoy any of the dozens of free ones. There is ample free parking in the neighborhood, with some sporadic restrictions for street cleaning and snow plowing. Though there is no reserved parking space for guests, street parking is very easy and a spot can usually be found right in front of the building. Check street signage carefully to ensure you are not violating any regulations. The nightly rate is established through Airbnb's own market rate calculator so you will always get a fair and accurate price based on the neighborhood and level of demand. Between each stay the studio is thoroughly cleaned by a professional cleaning service. Guest access The entire studio is yours to enjoy. You can come and go in private through your own separate entrance. There are no shared areas of the unit - you will have it 100% to yourself. Other things to note - The studio is located on the garden level (basement level) of our home. Some areas of the unit have lower ceiling heights. -We live above with a dog and child so you may occasionally hear us as upstairs neighbors. - The stove pictured in the kitchen is NOT operable, it is for counter space only.
