Though just a few minutes from all the conveniences of the town, this serene cottage allows you to feel miles and miles away from the hustle and bustle. The space Enjoy this four bedroom, two bath cottage that has a fully stocked kitchen, dining room table, comfortable living room and a washer and dryer. Master bedroom has a television and the living room has a television. The three guests rooms do not have a television in the room. We provide a start up supply of essential items like toilet paper, paper towel and dishwashing soap. Guest access Enjoy Lake Ferguson just steps from our home! Fishing, swimming, boating, or just relaxing by the water and watching beautiful sunsets will fill your days while staying with us! Bring your fishing poles and swimsuits! Other things to note Note that our property is located beside a home that was damaged by a tornado years ago and was never rebuilt. No one lives there but other than being an eye sore to one side of my beautiful property, we have no issues with the property. Also there are a few super friendly golden retriever s that may come to visit… they are sweet and will go away if you tell them to and if you’re not giving them food.
