Pool villa in the best location in Höllviken

Villa in Höllviken with pool, sauna, pool house and terrace that offers sun from morning to evening. Walk or bike to the beach, shopping, and a plethora of amazingly nice restaurants. On the ground floor there is a modern open-plan kitchen with a bar counter, dining area and living room with a fireplace. Upstairs there is a living room with a pool table and a large-screen TV. We have an outdoor cat that comes in and eats during the summer but otherwise stays mostly outside day and night.
