Homely private lockable bedroom in shared house facility. Very comfortable double bed. All linen and towels provided. 8 minute walk to Samson Academy for PLAB 2 students. 10 min walk to media city. Full use of shared kitchen, dining area and washing machine / dryer. Shared living room with smart tv - Netflix/YouTube etc. Shared bathroom - cleaned frequently. Free parking. Easy access by tram or bus into Manchester City Center. The space Guests have use of the full house and should feel at home here. Bathroom shared with up to 3 other rooms (if booked). Guest access The bedroom is private, only you will have access to this. Guests have full use of the kitchen, living room and bathroom. These spaces are also shared with other guests. The house is pretty big and guests will always have their own privacy. During your stay We are dedicated hosts committed to providing quality short and medium term accommodation. Other things to note This is a shared house, not a hotel. Please respect the common spaces and leave them clean and tidy for other guests. Automatic heating system maintains a constant minimum temperature of 18 degrees centigrade during day time hours (9:00 - 17:00) and 22 degrees in mornings and evenings (7:00-9:00, 17:00-23:00).
