This is a private air-condition room at ground floor. This room does not have any space other than room. This room is equipped with basic comforts. Not very spacious but two persons can stay comfortably. It has 32' TV, Split AC, wardrobe, Wi-Fi & attached washroom with hot/cold water shower. In front of room has some open space, where we park car. Room is near to main gate. NOTE: THIS ROOM IS AT GROUND FLOOR, NOT VERY FANCY BUT DECENT STANDARD ROOM. No KITCHEN ACCESS WITH THIS ROOM The space This room is at ground floor. We have some space open at ground level where we do the car parking. This room is part of 4 storied building. This room does not have any kitchen or living area, balcony or other space other than a standard room. Guest access You can access whole private room. Private means only one room. Other things to note Room is on ground level, so noise or sound could be little disturbing plz note. Minor girls (under 18 years) and boys (under 21 years) are not permitted to stay at the property unless accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. Entry of female service providers is strictly prohibited within the premises to ensure guest safety and maintain the integrity of the property.
