Centrally located between Waco and Austin. Very convenient to Fort Cavazos. Due to neighborhood restrictions regarding over night on-street parking, vehicles are limited to 3 (4 if they are small). The garage will be available for guests use also. No pets, no indoor smoking. The space Centrally located between Austin and Waco in a quiet neighborhood, this house offers a relaxing environment after a long day of play and excitement. There is a designated work space set up in the house ready for your electronics and printers. FALSIFIED RESERVATIONS - Any reservation obtained under false pretense will be subject to forfeiture of advance payment, deposit and/or rental money, and the party will not be permitted to check-in and/or immediate removal. The property is not available under any circumstances for commercial use or illegal activities. The property is not available for holding large parties or events where people who are not staying at the property are on premises, without notifying management. Any large event or party held at the house must be discussed with management prior to booking/reserving the property or it will result in immediate termination of stay and possible/probable police involvement during the event/party. * SECURITY DEPOSIT - if you damage the home, you may be charged up to $1000 *CHECK IN : After 2pm CHECK OUT: 11AM *LATE CHECK OUT PENALTY- Penalty for late check out is $50 Lost or Stolen items: Any items observed to be missing from the house after a guest has left will be at the expense of the guest. Such items include any dishes, towels, sheets or bed spreads and any decorations or furniture in and about the residence. *SMOKERS - DO NOT smoke in the house. This includes e-cigarettes and vaping. Do Not discard butts in the yard or driveways. PETS - No pets. DISREGARDING THESE RULES- Our first priority is to provide a great experience during your stay. The above rules are in place to remind our guests that we care about our property and our neighbors. Disregarding them may result in forfeiture of your security deposit, damage claims, or even the sudden cancellation of your stay. *********CHECK OUT - INSTRUCTIONS************** -Please put used towels in laundry baskets/hamper -Leave used beds unmade so it is known to clean sheets. -Put dirty dishes in dishwasher and run it. Wash any dishes too big for dishwasher by hand. Wash all stove top pans by hand. Do not put Dutch oven in dishwasher. -Please do a quick wipe of anything messy & trash in the outside can. -Please sweep ALL floors. -Make sure all doors are locked. -Garbage day is each Tuesday (black can) please place at the curb with the open end to the street. Bring back into the garage once the service has run -Recycle day is Friday (green can)please place at the curb with the open end to the street. Bring back into the garage once the service has run. -Additional fee of $150 cleaning fee will be added after check out if house is left without the above cleaning done.
