Tica's Casita - Love Where You Beach!

Come stay in this newly updated studio that sits on a canal and just minutes from the beach. You can fish just steps from your front door. The pool overlooks the canal so you can enjoy looking out over the canal or watch a lovely sunset while swimming. I have taken great pride in replacing/updating everything in this unit so as to make it the most comfortable and enjoyable place to stay. I am not only the host but the owner and want to make sure you have all you need during your stay. The space This is a studio condo. The living and bedroom are all one space. You have a queen-sized bed and a queen-sized pull-out couch. (I did pay extra for the better mattress on the pull out couch BUT …it is still a pull out couch.) There are no separate sleeping spaces. You do have a full separate kitchen and a full separate bathroom. There is a back patio where you can sit and enjoy the Texas heat and just chat and chill. Guest access You have full access to the pool and dock area. There are coin-operated washers and dryers onsite. The W/D’s are NOT in the unit. Bring your quarters if you plan to do laundry :-) Other things to note The unit is on the bottom floor. You have one assigned parking space - #6. You can only park in that spot. Please do not park in any other spots. Any additional cars will need to park on the street. You are minutes from the beach. Rent a golf cart and enjoy all the island has to offer. I do supply complimentary basic toiletries. However, I will not replenish the toiletries during your stay. Please make sure you bring enough shampoo/conditioner/body wash/toothpaste/etc. for your stay. This is an Airbnb. It is not a hotel with cleaning service and fresh towels daily. :-)
