You are just ten minutes away from the stadium and surrounding activities. The space This single family home has larger rooms and high ceilings, making it feel rather spacious. Guest access You will have access to the entire house and two outdoor spaces. If severe weather strikes, you can also pull your car(s) into the two-car garage. Other things to note The third floor has two flex-space rooms, perfect for kids with air mattresses and sleeping bags. Please be aware of the second floor bathroom laundry chute and kitchen chute that drop to the basement. Young children should not be unsupervised as the openings are large. You are welcomed to use the laundry facilities in the basement if needed.
