Twin Oaks Cottage is in a quiet neighborhood located just blocks from Perdido Bay views. This home is a relaxing and comfortable spot to end your beach day. The outdoor patio is the perfect place to spend time with family and friends. The home is equipped for vacation fun with board games and beach gear. Within a 15-minute drive you will be in the heart of Perdido Key's vacation area, white sand beaches, restaurants, and shopping. Beach Gear: Umbrellas, beach toys, boogie board, cooler in laundry room. Living Room- One reclining sofa and a loveseat. There is an electric fireplace for the cooler evenings in fall and winter. There is a TV in this room to enjoy movies. Kitchen- stainless-steel appliances including a dish washer. Fully equipped kitchen for cooking meals, including a dining room table that sits six people. There is also a kitchen island that can sit three people. Outdoor Patio- Out the backdoor from the kitchen you can access the patio. There is one outdoor couch with two rocking chairs. There is a hammock in the back yard to enjoy lounging in the sun. 5 additional outdoor chairs are available, stacked on the backside of the house. The backyard is fenced in, this makes a great spot for kids to play. Bedroom 1- Twin bunk bed set with a twin trundle and TV. Total sleeping for 3 in this bedroom. Bedroom 2- One full size bed with a twin trundle bed and TV. Bedroom 3- Queen size bed and TV. This room is connected to the Jack and Jill style bathroom. Bathroom- There is a 1 ½ bathroom in the home, known as a Jack and Jill style bathroom. There are two ½ bathrooms with one bathtub/shower located between the two. This makes two toilets, two vanity sinks, and one bathtub. One entrance is from the hallway and the other is from the Queen bedroom. Laundry Room- The washer and dryer are located through a separate entrance adjacent to the patio. Garage- Not available for guest use. Perdido Key Drive- This road will take you along the coast into Alabama & Orange Beach. There are several beach access locations with parking and plenty of restaurants and shops to make your stay easy. National Naval Aviation Museum- 22 min drive Please check guidelines, civilian visitor restrictions may apply Blue Angel Practice- 19 min drive There is a location to watch the Blue Angel's practice, check their website for details. Cruises are available in the area to watch the practice from the water.
