The space This beautifully maintained property has 4 floors with elevators strategically placed for convenience. It is very peaceful and quiet. Watch the sunrise over the jungle from one side and sunset from the balcony. The pool is large and has a jacuzzi. It is absolutely perfect for playing Marco Polo!!! Access to the pool is on the ground floor through the open air lobby. This unit is a second floor, air conditioned studio with full bathroom and kitchen. There is a sun deck with a grill It is up the stairs from the pool area Guest access There is free parking on the property which is located approximately 5 miles south of town next door to Gustos and near the Landmark resort. Scooter with 2 helmets are included in the price. Taxis are readily available as well and very reasonable. Just walk to the road and one will stop within a few minutes. We always check the price before entering the cab. If it sounds high priced just decline and await another cab. Other things to note We provide 1 Italika- 125 scooter, 2 helmets , full face snorkel masks , fins, pool floats, beach chairs, and ice packs. Please see our user manual for helpful photos and information on how to use our induction stove top, the ceiling fan, air conditioner and hot water heater. The fire extinguisher is provided by the property and is located on the wall outside the unit. We offer round-trip pick-up service along with a grocery store stop. The fee is 800 pesos; we will even bring reusable shopping bags as the stores do not provide them! You also can add a scooter for 400mxn per day, bicycle per 150mxn and car for 1,200mxn
