Child-friendly villa in beautiful seafront setting

Welcome to beautiful and idyllic Konglungen in Asker. Here you have immediate proximity to the sea (100 meter) and can new sea life all day long! Quiet and peaceful area, but Oslo is only a short car trip away (approx. 20 min). Asker city center can also offer a bustling life of cafes and shops. A practical home with plenty of space for the extended family or several families on a trip together. There are basically 8 beds. 2 extra beds (air mattress) are arranged if needed. There is also a baby bed and baby chair if needed. The space The house is built in 2011 and appears as bright, open and well maintained. It is a child friendly residence and, on a daily basis, we live with a family of 5 in the house. The house has a unique and idyllically location with slipper distance to the sea. Only a smaller field separates the house and waterfront. Feel free to take the SUP out for a morning walk! The house has very good sun conditions, with sun from early morning to late night. Cool evenings can be enjoyed in the outdoor living room that can be heated with heat lamps. The house has a large gas grill available as well as a cozy fire pit. About 50 meters away the house is also a great playground and fitness park of the type "Tuftepark". There are fire bedrooms in the house, hence 3 children's rooms where two of the rooms have large beds. Everything that comes with play is available to guests. Extra beds can be arranged if needed. The house also has a loft living room used as a gym. Here you will find a treadmill, spinning bike, a sling in the ceiling and a very good selection of manuals. Double garage with plenty of space for two cars, as well as electric tickets (type 2). The nearest grocery store is a new and modern Kiwi shop about 2 km from the house. There you find, among other things, a nice cafe and interior store and pharmacy, among other things. Asker city center is about 6km away and Oslo is about 20km away. To Oslo you can take a bus, train or how about taking the speedboat from Vollen and into Aker Brygge? Vollen is only a short drive to the house (about 6 km). Guest access The whole house can be used, however, there will be personal belongings in some places such as in the stall inside. The second floor of the garage will be closed to guests.
