Cheerful 3 bed farm cottage in scenic Surrey Hills

Well equipped 3 bedroom semi detached cottage situated on a small farm in the heart of the Surrey Hills. Wymbleton Farm has fabulous access to walks and bike trails nearby, neighbouring Holmwood Common and Leith Hill and Holmbury Hill. Try out the 2012 Olympic cycle route around nearby Boxhill. Holmwood station is very close and we are 4 miles from the beautiful market down of Dorking. On-site there is secure off road parking for 2/3 cars and safe storage for bikes and outdoor equipment. The space The cottage is light and spacious with 3 comfortable bedrooms. The kitchen is well equipped with a dishwasher and large dining table with plenty of space. Up to 2 well behaved dogs are welcome but please ensure they remain downstairs and they must be cleared up after. The back garden is shared with myself and my mother and our own dogs. No bitches in season please Guest access The house is yours for you to enjoy. The garden is shared with myself and my mother and our dogs but you are more than welcome to enjoy it too. There is a patio at the cottage end of the garden which is yours to use. We are more than happy to try and honour any requests you may have to make your stay more comfortable. Our farm is a working farm with pedigree Suffolk sheep and a livery yard. You are welcome to look around by prior arrangement only. Other things to note Safe storage for bicycles and parking for 2/3 cars. Open fire with logs available.
