Private retreat in the heart of Cowaramup.

A colourful and comfortable space on a quiet street less than a 3 minute walk into the town centre. More like a little studio located at the front of our house, the completely private space offers free parking a private entrance and no interaction with the hosts unless requested. Cowaramup is a quaint little town full of delicious coffee, beautiful gift shops, and many cows 🐄☺️. A 10 minute drive into Margaret River, it's the perfect location to explore the southwest region. The space The space features a comfy queen sized bed, bedside tables with reading lamps, hanging space for clothing, a small table and chairs and a wall mounted flatscreen tv (only netflix on the tv at the moment). The attached ensuite contains a shower and toilet. The adjoining kitchenette is equipped with a kettle, toaster, microwave and mini fridge. **Please note that there are no cooking facilities or aircon in the guest house, however we do have a ceiling fan to keep the space cool. Guest access The guest room is an entirely private space located at the front of our house where guests have their own parking bay and their own private entry. PLEASE NOTE that guests do not have access to the remainder of the house. Other things to note IMPORTANT PLEASE READ!!! Although completely private you will be sharing a door and wall with us. We are a young family so won't be up raging 😊 and the area is generally pretty quiet but you may be able to hear our comings and goings. We will try to be respectful of noise whilst we have guests and we ask that you please do the same :). Our dog may also bark at guests arriving, however he's not a yappy dog and settles quickly.
