Walking distance to good food on Euclid Ave. This place is very easy to find from both the 10 & 60. 5 minutes from Ontario International airport, car rentals, & convention center, yet tucked away in a historic tree lined neighborhood between a church and a school. The space Welcome to our Craftsman home. Built in 1922, we pride ourselves in maintaining it clean on the inside and landscaped on the outside. We have nice shrubs and tall trees on our property, you will likely see a bird outside your window, or even walk past a hummingbird. This neighborhood has racoons and opossums wandering in the night! The home welcomes you as soon as you're inside. Large windows with light curtains allow most of the daylight in, great for morning people. We do have AC which we use towardd the late evening to help avoid blackouts, but you will have a ceiling fan to help cool off in the daytime. Unless it's unbearable, we prefer to use the ceiling fans. You will come in through the front door, and see your room on the immediate right. You will have cold waters waiting for you in a mini-fridge, and a microwave sits on top for those who stay longer days. Guests have access to a clean full bath with clean towels. We tend to stay out of that bathroom 99% of the time. You will be in a shared home where the kitchen has always been off limits. Guest access Guests are invited into the front guestroom of our home. Guests enjoy street parking, covered patio with rocking chairs, and a TV with Netflix in the room. We have a full bath that is shared, though for comfort reasons we tend to leave alone to the guest 90% of the time they are here. We tend to stay in the back half of the home, so kitchen and laundry are off limits to guests. During your stay We can be reached by phone. We are usually busy and about but any questions can be sent in a message. And feel free to ask any questions before your arrival date. Other things to note We recently took in a cat, Waldo. At 6 months he is very playful and likes to get rough right away. It is best to ignore him, unless you like heartbreak and pain.
