It has a private beach and a number of comfortable and safe spaces to make you feel at home. We love animals, but due to building regulations, they will not be able to stay with you this time. Guests are not allowed, and no gatherings of any kind are allowed. The space The apartment is brand new and consists of two bedrooms: the master bedroom with 1 double bed and 1 single bed, baby playpen, private bathroom, dressing room, air conditioning and TV; auxiliary bedroom with double bed, air conditioning and TV and a sofa bed in the living room. Fully equipped kitchen, washing machine, dryer, Wi-Fi, and a large balcony overlooking the gardens and with a side view of the sea. Guest access Two swimming pools for adults, two swimming pools for children, jacuzzis, parking, children's games, co-working, gym, elevator, disabled access, squash court, private beach with sun loungers and umbrellas, sauna, Turkish bath, and massage room. Other things to note Check-in is at 3 pm and check-out is at 1 pm. These times are flexible as long as a new guest does not check in on the same day. Upon entering, every person over 5 years of age must pay a registration fee of $50,000. This payment must be made at the front desk by credit or debit card (cash is not accepted).
