The space This cozy ranch is located on a residential street in the charming community of Green Tree, which is accessible to downtown Pittsburgh in minutes via I-376. The house features a large driveway with off-street parking for up to 3 vehicles (please note that the garage is not available to guests). There are two bedrooms on the main level of the home, one of which contains a queen size bed and the other a Double (Full) bed. The house has one full bathroom with a shower/tub combination and is stocked with soap, toilet, paper, and basic toiletries in addition to clean towels. In the kitchen, guests will find updated appliances that include a dishwasher, gas stove, and refrigerator with a filtered water dispenser and ice maker. The kitchen is equipped with dishes and basic pots and pans and cooking utensils. A Keurig with a variety of k-cups and cream and sugar is also provided. The spacious breakfast bar between the kitchen and living room accommodates up to six people. Wi-Fi is available throughout the house, and the tv in the living room is equipped with Fire TV stick which includes Netflix, Hulu, and HBO. About the area: Greentree is a suburban community 3 miles from Downtown Pittsburgh. There is a school, park, shops, grocery store, restaurants, bars, and a community pool within walking distance. There are 2 bus lines that serve the area; both of which are a 5 minute walk from the house. If you do decide to use public transportation, let me know and I can provide some additional suggestions. Guest access Guests are welcome to use the main level of the house including living room, dine-in kitchen, 2 bedrooms, enclosed glass patio, and large attached deck. Other things to note Absolutely no parties or gatherings and please limit the occupancy to the amount of people listed on your reservation. Noise: Quiet hours are from 11PM to 7AM, please respect that. Any disturbances reported will be documented and reported to AirBNB. If the problem persists, your reservation will be cancelled immediately and you will be required to vacate the premises. Damages: Any/all damage is the sole responsibility of the booking party. The host will document all damages and hold the booking party responsible via the AirBNB platform, including excessive trash/cleaning charges. Absolutely no smoking. $500 Fee for deep cleaning if scent of smoke is detected. Please do not bring weapons or illegal drugs on the property. No guests allowed without prior approval from the host. Maximum amount of people is limited to what is specified when the time of reservation. No pets. Please use coasters if enjoying beverages on the coffee table. Locals: please note, we do not accept reservations from local Pittsburgh tenants. We have this rule to prevent parties or unauthorized gatherings in our home.
