This house is about 15 minutes outside of Klamath Falls and 65 minutes from the gorgeous Crater Lake! The pictures do not do the view justice. Come and see for yourself. The space This is a custom-built single level home 2,800 sqft home, with spacious living room and open kitchen. Great for the chef who wants to entertain, while being part of the conversation. There are two tables for guests to sit out and a kitchen bar. Plenty of room for family and visiting friends. The kitchen is fully stocked with anything you may need to cook or bake to your hearts desire, including two ovens. The patio is perfect for hosting family get togethers or just sitting by the fire pit. You will enjoy the gorgeous view of the Running Y resort from the patio. There is also a set apart office area (with a sofa bed) that you could use for zoom meetings or just some quiet work. An additional private office is located in the laundry area. There are 3 bedrooms and an office, which is the 4th bedroom with a sofa bed. The master has its own private bathroom with a large tub and a large shower. The master bedroom connects to the gorgeous patio. Enjoy the king sized bed, while enjoying the view of Running Y out the window. Bedroom two had another king bed with a sleep master mattress. There are children’s toys and books available in this room. The third bedroom has a queen bed. The 4th bedroom is an office and has a sofa bed with a memory foam mattress. There is a large bathroom (with a tub and shower) in between each bedroom. The laundry room is equipped with everything you will need, including a separate desk for those quiet calls. We love board games and have dozens for your family to use during your stay. We love this house and know you will love it too! This house comes with 6 passes to the Running Y Resort fitness center and pool! By booking you have confirmed that you have read the house rules listed below. House Rules: This is our dream home. Please help us take good care of it! We are sorry but there is no smoking, vaping, or parties/events allowed. Also, only 8 guests allowed (including children). We welcome up to two trained dogs in our home. We provide an inside kennel and there is also an outside kennel too. We ask that you please do not leave your dog unattended in our home and that you pick up after your furry friend. Sorry, we do not accept cats due to family allergies. No parties or events. No tent camping or campers/trailers/RV allowed, due to HOA rules. Please note: We do have a few closets locked in the house, for owner storage. The garage is also for owner storage. Please note we have a front doorbell camera (to assist guests as needed) and one outside by the garage (side door) for safety. Guest access You will have the entire house to yourself.
