Lovely 1 bed holiday flat with parking

Set just off the Cotswold Way; our cosy 1 bed flat is perfect for somewhere quiet to rest your head after a day walking in the beautiful countryside. The flat comprises of one double bedroom, a bathroom with a bath & shower, a well equipped kitchen area & a living room which has a double sofa bed. Downstairs you will find a utility area with space for your muddy walking boots! Outside we have a newly fitted decking area where you can sit peacefully and enjoy the view across the fields. The space The flat is best suited for two adults or one adult & an older child but will fit an additional guest on the sofa bed if required. It is a small space and is therefore not well suited for children. There is a double bedroom, a bathroom with a bath and a shower, an open plan living space with a well equipped kitchen small breakfast bar with two stools, sofa bed and a small dining table with two chairs. Downstairs there is a utility room. Outside there is a decking area with a table and chairs. There is space for 2 cars. Unfortunately we cannot accept dogs at the property. Please let us know if you require use of the sofa bed or extra bed linen :-) Guest access Keys will be available from a key safe outside. The flat has a private entrance and the entire flat and utility area downstairs is yours. There is a beauty room downstairs which is entirely separate and has it's own entrance. Other things to note The driveway down to the flat is narrow and therefore if you drive down, you’ll have to reverse back up. We would recommend reversing down where possible. This will also help you coming out of the driveway onto the lane because it’s quite steep and tricky to manouvre there too! Just something to bear in mind as it can be tricky to navigate. The flat is only accessible via stairs which may not be suitable for those with mobility issues.
