Our guest will enjoy the entire second floor to themselves. There is a second floor living room w/ 70” TV, private bedroom, private separate modern high-end functional office and private bath. There is a small refrigerator/freezer upstairs with microwave. Separate bedroom and connected full bath on first floor. There is a gourmet kitchen has new high-end stainless steel appliances. The laundry room has a new Samsung washer and dryer. Our son lives on the first floor. The space This is an amazing home. Our guests will instantly appreciate how bright and open both floors are. Second floor has a another living room with 70 inch TV, bedroom with new queen bed and large walk-in closet, separate office with an amazingly functional U-shape desk and comfortable executive chair. The kitchen, bedroom and office overlook a beautiful pond with fountain. We are providing this as shared space. Our son lives on the first floor with his own private bedroom and bathroom. Note: There is an active HOA and only space for 2 cars in the driveway. No parking on the street allowed. No parties or gatherings allowed. No loud music. Guest access The screen porch overlooks a pond with beautiful fountain and a nice place to relax and enjoy a cup of coffee. There is nice screen porch furniture and access to the BBQ. During your stay Guests are free to text me with any questions. Other things to note The area is quiet. No parties or overnight guests allowed without prior permission.
