Other things to note We routinely have Palisade Pest Control spray, but because we are near woods and in Arkansas, insects can sneak past us from time to time. If the townhouse has been cleaned and inspected on your check-in day, you may have a complimentary 1 hour early check-in. Due to coordinating schedules with cleaning staff, it is $15 each hour prior to 3:00 pm. If there is not a turnaround cleaning the day of your checkout, it is $15 per hour after 10:00 am. Please check with us before your arrival, as there might be last minute bookings.
