La Maison Grise

CITQ 151056 – La Maison Grise is an old barn converted into a house. It is located at the foot of the Butte Ronde and offers one of the most beautiful views of the Islands. You will be a few minutes' walk from a small beach on one side and the Pointe Basse wharf on the other. For hiking lovers, the climb of the Butte Ronde or simply walking in the valleys along the Chemin des Montants is worth the detour. Looking forward to introducing you to our little paradise! The space Old barn renovated into a house with natural materials, interior entirely in wood. Open-plan ground floor including entrance, kitchen, dining room, sitting area and access to the terrace overlooking the sea. Upstairs, a closed bedroom, bathroom, office area and a 2nd bed slightly set back for more privacy. The basement is not finished, but there is a 2nd full bathroom as well as the washer/dryer. Guest access You will have access to all the rooms described above. Only a portion of the basement will not be accessible. Other things to note Upon checkout we ask that you return the house to its original condition, store clean dishes in appropriate places, and put dirty bedding and towels in the laundry room.
