Feel at home with your private villa. You get your own private back patio and yard and access to the 3 car parking lot located on the property. Check-In Process: Check-in is seamless and flexible. You can arrive any time after 3 PM, and I provide a convenient keyless entry code for your security and ease. This allows you to settle in at your convenience without having to coordinate meeting times. Check-Out Process: Check-out is by 10 AM. I kindly ask that you leave the property tidy, but I’ll take care of the rest! Other things to note For your security and safety there is outdoor camera and lights! There is nothing indoors. Villa is a flexible space for accommodations. The cottage is ideal for family's, couples, single guests, Wall separating kitchen from living area. Kitchen has niche which has bunk beds. Living area has alcove with queen bed. Shogi screen separates kitchen and living area. Can be seen in photos. Queen bed, set of adult/child bunk beds, futon bed, pack and go for baby (upon request), plus blow up air mattress if needed.. The location with the level of privacy and quiet for guests is RARE. Gives guests a chance to unplug and spend quality time with family and friends without distractions. Complementary coffee bar along with some easy breakfast items.
