You’ll be so glad you did! 🌄 You enter Eagle's Nest on the basement level where you'll find multiple arcade games, an air hockey table and a seating area with a large tv for movie night! There's a queen bedroom and a full bathroom on this level. Upstairs you'll find the main living area with large windows and a view of the tree tops around you! There's a sitting area for morning coffee or reading a book and a living room with a comfy couch and a large TV. The fully stocked kitchen has everything you'll need to try a new recipe or make an old favorite and the dining room is great for meals together or board games! The king bedroom and additional full bathroom are located on this level. Out front, there's a large deck with a dining table, a propane grill and a small propane fire pit. This is a great couples retreat or a fun place for a weekend with the kids. Bring the dogs, bring the kids or just come with your favorite person and enjoy a weekend in the mountains! Guest access Guest will have access to the entire property. Other things to note Please keep in mind you are going on vacation in the Mountains. The roads can be dirt, gravel, steep, curvy and mountainous. The roads are paved all the way to the cabin but they are steep and curvy. The driveway to the property is extremely steep. It is paved and uphill. SUV's, all wheel drive or four wheel drive vehicles are recommended. You will not be refunded if you are unable to make it up the driveway. You will need to provide first and last names of any adults to be submitted to the gate for entry. If this isn’t done prior to your arrival you will not be granted entry. The property is not handicap accessible. There are multiple steps to enter the cabin and to get to the main level of the cabin. The guest is responsible for any fines incurred from the community, including speeding violations. The rules are strictly enforced. The fireplaces shown in the photos are for decoration only. Please keep in mind this is not a newly built home and has some features of an older home. While it is comfortable and inviting, this is not a high end luxury property and is priced accordingly.
