Madison home without Madison congestion, just a hop from Huntsville. Under 10 minutes to BridgeStreet, Research Park, Town Madison (Trash Pandas), Space&Rocket Center, Mid City (Orion Amphitheater), HSV Airport and more. 2 beds, 2 baths and a couch offer space for up to 4 guests. We cannot accomodate early check-in or late check-out. Please know check-in starts at 3p, check-out is a firm 10a, no exceptions. Up to 4 guests allowed, no more. Book for the appropriate # of guests in your party. The space The open concept allows for entertaining in the kitchen and living room simultaneously. In between is a dining area with a table and chairs. There are plenty of offerings for sitting in the living room, with a Roku tv mounted over the fireplace (just for decoration-fireplace is not operable). There is also a crib with blackout curtains and a changing table! Yes, bring the babies! Bedrooms are on opposite sides of the house with a full bathroom for each bedroom. A queen size bed in the master with a large closet. There is a full size bed in the second bedroom. In the kitchen is a full-size fridge with ice maker, dishwasher, oven, stove, and microwave. You also have the convenience of a washer and dryer, located in the garage. Feel free to park in the garage if your vehicle will fit. There is an outdoor table with chairs on the back patio to enjoy a cup of coffee in the mornings. Guest access Guests can enter any part of the home, except for the locked coat closet in the small hall (used for supplies). Other things to note The garage is a nice feature, but please note that it is not huge. The parking area is 10'x18.' For reference, I can easily park my Honda Civic, but I cannot fit my F150 in either by width or length. It is more for compact cars and some smaller SUVs. The driveway is only big enough to support one vehicle. Due to a small lot for the homes in this neighborhood, we ask that guests bring no more than 2 vehicles for their stay. Curb parking is limited as well. Due to a tight cleaning schedule and minimal time between guests for cleaning, we cannot allow early check-ins or late check-outs. Check-in starts at 3:00p and check-out is no later than 10:00a. Requests for early or late accommodations cannot be accepted.
