Enjoy a stylish experience at this centrally-located condo in Riverwalk II at Arrowhead Country Club. Gorgeous 2BR/2BA condo overlooking the intracoastal waterway. Arrowhead Country Club has a 27-hole golf course! The pool and hot tub are right outside your building. Children under the age of 16 must be accompanied by parents to Pool area! Violation is a $250 fine by the HOA paid by the guest. 10 minutes from airport. Breed restrictions. $150 fee per dog. Up to 2 dogs. NO CATS! NO LOUD MUSIC! The space There is a fully stocked kitchen. If you love to cook, I gotcha covered! Stainless steel appliances, quartz countertops, and a breakfast bar. The dining room can serve as a quiet workspace. The marble covered table is actually a desk with a drawer. The master bedroom has a kingsize bed, private bathroom, and a sliding glass door to the balcony overlooking the water. There is a Roku tv in the master. The second bedroom has a queen size bed with a Smart TV. The living room faces the waterway. There’s plenty of seating with a comfortable leather couch, chairs and a futon which sleeps two. The living room has a Roku tv. Of course the balcony is positively dreamy. You can enjoy dinner at the table or relax while watching the boats go by. The everchanging colors of the sky are amazing. This is truly a serene and peaceful location. Please note: THE HOA PROHIBITS MOTORCYCLES, TRAILERS, RV’S and BOATS! Six people total! Please note you WILL be asked to leave with no refund if more than six people arrive. The area adjacent to the intercoastal is NOT fenced in. Please take that into consideration prior to booking. We love our neighbors, we hope you will respect that, and keep noise levels down. The condo is on the second floor. The pool and hot tub are directly adjacent to the building, just steps away. I do provide a beach pass, which is approximately a 15-minute drive. The beach pass allows you free access to Myrtle Beach State Park and Huntington Beach State Park, which includes free parking and free admission. The airport is less than 10 minutes away.
