Please note the deck is without railings and care must be taken at the sea end where the drop to the lawn is approximately three feet. Enclosed Garden with palm trees overlooking the bay. There is a static caravan next to the drive which the owner might use occasionally but they would not be using any of the main property or gardens. All linen and towels will be included in the price. CCTV covers the entrance gate at Chycaron for guest and property security.
