This basement suite has a true western flair with antiques and fun amenities. It has a queen bed and a very large comfy leather sectional couch. Three blocks from the university and three blocks from historic downtown Laramie. We are right on the parade route during Jubilee days and UW homecoming. Pups are expected to be kept on leash on common grounds, and taken to alley to potty. We are not a corporate Airbnb. We are old school. We live on property and we always greet our guests. The space Extra amenities include snacks and breakfast, fully stocked kitchen for cooking. Books, games, and history. Guest access We greet our guests to show them their parking and Airbnb. Other things to note Absolutely no smoking or vaping of any kind on property. We are pet friendly so know that there will be animals that could’ve stayed in your space previously.
