This basement suite has a true western flair with antiques and fun amenities. It has a queen bed and a very large comfy leather sectional couch. Three blocks from the university and three blocks from historic downtown Laramie. We are right on the parade route during Jubilee days and UW homecoming. Pups are expected to be kept on leash on common grounds, and taken to alley to potty. Extra amenities include snacks and breakfast, fully stocked kitchen for cooking. Books, games, and history. We greet our guests to show them their parking and Airbnb. We live upstairs and are available almost 24 hours. We are 3 blocks from historic downtown, and 3 blocks from the beautiful University of Wyoming campus. It is very easy to walk anywhere in Laramie and our house is walking distance from the university and downtown. Absolutely no smoking or vaping of any kind on property.
