Hillside is a comfortable country house with stunning views across the Blyth Valley, in an area of 'outstanding natural beauty' just a few minutes from 'The Jewell of the Suffolk coast' - Southwold. Set back from the A12 in Blythburgh, it is easy to find and offers plenty of parking. There is a large garden with chickens at the bottom and a bonfire area. The space Being built circa 1929, there is a mixture of architectural styles with some art deco features and some Victorian elements. Rooms are generous and light including a dining kitchen, three double bedrooms upstairs (one en-suite) a comfortable sitting room with piano and a second reception/ fourth bedroom on the ground floor with a further shower room. Guest access The entire property will be available for your exclusive use. It is private as there are no houses in the immediate vicinity, though you are only a few minutes walk from the rest of the village and the pub. Other things to note There is an out of use (apart from August) pool. Young children would need supervision in this area. The garden has some fencing, but is not fully enclosed - dogs would not be contained.
