Kool Mosaic Mondern King Room

This room room has a character of its own painted by hand and is ready to invite guests to experience it first hand. With the comfortably memory foam king bed with unique lighting and laid back amenities, there's no where else you rather be. Located in a quiet area in a single family home. The space Re painted by hand in late 2021 for a custom look that holds creativity and a modern touch. This decently large room has a king memory foam bed. Two extra pillows and 1 blanket are stored in the closet at your convenience. A 7 drawer dresser and 2 drawer night stand ready for you to use as well. In the closet there are hangers, 6 cubicles to store more belongings for your stay. TV is provided in the comfort of your own room, including Netflix, HBO Max, Hulu, Amazon prime (please do not purchase any movies otherwise you will be charged for it) Two towels are provided for your stay. If you stay more than 3 nights, two more will be given. The bed frame lights up different colors of your choice for a nice night light. Point the remote in the corner of the bed frame at the white box to power on and off. Sometimes, you have to move your position to turn it on. PLEASE READ THE EXTRAS AT THE BOTTOM  Fun stuff we added to our place is color changing ceiling lights throughout the house. If you would like a certain color upon your arrival, just let us know! :) All the photos displayed in our home were taken by me and are available to purchase if interested. Theres more photos online too! Extra things to note (PLEASE READ WILL NOT APPROVE REQEST IF YOU DON'T): We are very fun and outgoing people, but we do not take our safety lightly. As we respect your space you are staying in, we do have a common area(s) camera viewing the living room, kitchen, hallway, and front yard. We also have two loving dogs that reside with us, our oldest is almost 5 years old and our youngest is almost 2 years old. Please note this before you book that if you are allergic to dogs that shed this is not an ideal place for you. When you request to book your stay with us, please mention Safety First so that we know you read this. Guest access Guess access is a shared entrance with code that will be given upon arrival. You may park your vehicle if you rent one on the stone driveway in front of the gate.  You have access to the kitchen, living room, sunroom, backyard, and pool. The bathroom is private; you will be the only one using it. For your stay there will q-tips, cotton balls, hair dyer, make-up remover and make up pads and more.  The living room is shared, but a cozy place to chill and watch tv on a 75” with surround sound speakers. Everything that you can watch in your room you can watch on the big screen as well. Please turn off the tv when you are finished. The kitchen is also shared, but you are welcome to put leftovers in the fridge and use other appliances as long as you clean up when you’re done. Plates, bowls, and drink ware are available for you to use. When you are fished with the dishes, just rinse them off and place them in the sink. There is a Keurig with a coffee station, tea, and hot chocolate that you welcome to use.   Sunroom and backyard, both are open for you to relax; it is really peaceful to have a cup of coffee and sit outside with nature in our tree filled backyard. At night we will do fires if you would like to. The sunroom is a nice space to read a book or meditate. During your stay We can be part of your experience as much or as little as you like. I work 4 days a week, and so does my fiancé Matt. We also have two loving dogs that reside with us, our oldest is almost 5 years old and our youngest is almost 2 years old.
