5 star and fresh country air :) Very cool new tiny home built by highly respected Navy and Airforce men, on very fun and peaceful property! Has new bed, Air fryer! Giant yard! lots of trees, fenced, shaded parking, grille, 1 GIG INTERNET! KAYAKS! bikes, volleyball, POOL! with large covered deck, radio, fridge, KARAOKE! Horse corral, free dog play area with shade. Very clean yard, bonfire area, hammocks, birds singing in the morning! *Please ignore the one bad review we have from a crazy lady :) The space Read everything please- Take the adventure and get away from the city noise! This is the most beautiful and peaceful tiny house in the country side with lots of trees and still close to everything! just 1-2 miles away from grocery stores, shopping and restaurants and schools and hospital and everything you could think of and 10 min to Fort Worth! and about 30 minutes away from Texas motor speed way and DFW airport and the Dallas cowboys stadium and 1 hour away from the worlds largest casino (Winstar). 45 minutes away from Dallas too. Lots of country peace and love here. Come see why many people are moving out to this side of the country. I guarantee you will love it :) just read my reviews and you will see why. ***(Please talk to me first if you want to book long term and you will get a big discount for 28 days or more.) I promise this house has a very low price for everything that you get with the house and property. I live on the property across the 2 acres far from this house and you will have plenty of space, privacy, peace and safety and no noise restrictions and large parking area! Your Benefits of me living across the property is that you have instant customer service by me (the owner) someone that really cares and because I do my very best to get 5 star reviews since that’s what brings me future customers. Enjoy and make some noise please! and turn on the radio, light up the grille! Lay on the hammocks or take a walk around the trail inside the property! Or jump in the pool! Anytime! Plenty of privacy and safety here and nobody here is nosy and we are drug free and peaceful and very easy going :) and please come see for yourself. Other guests stay in the other 2 tiny houses across the big property and they are always nice guests with 5 star reviews because that’s the only type of people I allow to rent these nice houses. So please don’t be shy and wave if you see them. We are a very peaceful Airbnb community and never have any issues or trouble here. With all respect I must give credit to the amazing person I found and hired to build and design the interior of this beautiful house, the nicest most awesome carpenter and Airforce retired TSgt Travis Royster, combat controller. He is also a Wounded Warrior sportsman in swimming, cycling, track and shooting. Above all he’s truly an awesome family man and friend and multitasker. It was a pleasure hiring a man that protected our country and had massive injuries and big surgeries and he still wanted to work and stay busy. Salute to him About the house- it’s really self explanatory by looking at the pictures and descriptions and my awesome reviews :) But please message me anytime with any questions. I’m the owner and I love this business and I work very hard to make this a perfect place for all guests. ***For summer time we give you this fair warning! If you are extremely sensitive to regular country bugs that live outside in nature you CAN’T complain! because we warned you. If you prefer to stay in the city where it’s crowded with people that are a lot more dangerous than a few moths or grasshoppers or insects, I don’t know what to tell you :) We do provide bug repellant if you think you need it. Please have fun and get a little dirty and dust on those shoes, light up the grille! light up the bonfire if there is no burn ban! turn on the pool radio and jump in the pool and live life! please!! :) Guest access The property around your rental and dog pen, pond, pool, and doggy corral, trail around the property for walking or jogging or bike riding. Remember the washer and dryer are located inside the barn :) bring your own detergent please but I will give you some if you forget. Come and go as you please at any time :) Other things to note There are 3 other Airbnb houses in the 2 acre property and only nice guests with five star reviews stay there. The kitchen has a nice Air fryer! Please walk around and enjoy the property and scenery and you must lay on a hammock :) and just have fun and message me anytime with questions or concerns please.
