Horse corral/dog play area + big dog pen with shade. Very clean yard, bonfire area, hammocks, birds singing in the morning! *Giant discount for 30 days or more. I also have 2 more tiny houses across the property :) Take the adventure and get away from the city noise! This is the most beautiful and peaceful tiny house in the country side with lots of trees and still close to everything! just 1-2 miles away from grocery stores, shopping and restaurants and schools and hospital and everything you could think of and 10 min to Fort Worth! and about 30 minutes away from Texas motor speed way and DFW airport and the Dallas cowboys stadium and 1 hour away from the worlds largest casino (Winstar). 45 minutes away from Dallas too. Lots of country peace and love here. Come see why many people are moving out to this side of the country. With all respect I must give credit to the amazing person I found and hired to build and design the interior of this beautiful house, the nicest most awesome carpenter and Airforce retired TSgt Travis Royster, combat controller. He is also a Wounded Warrior sportsman in swimming, cycling, track and shooting. Above all he’s truly an awesome family man and friend and multitasker. It was a pleasure hiring a man that protected our country and had massive injuries and big surgeries and he still wanted to work and stay busy. Salute to him About the house- it’s really self explanatory by looking at the pictures and descriptions and my awesome reviews :) But please message me anytime with any questions. The property around your rental and dog pen, pond, pool, and doggy corral, trail around the property for walking or jogging or bike riding. No noise restrictions but it’s still a very quiet and safe area and no traffic :) please use the pool and have fun! Parking is inside the fenced in property and next to your rental. This area is truly very safe, peaceful, no traffic and there’s a new highway near by that takes you to Fort Worth in 10 min. There’s a grocery store and gas stations and a Walmart near by and many local restaurants and fast food places and small country convenience store down the road. Just gps stores near by and everything pops up. If you have any questions I’m happy to assist at any time. On top of all the country peace and convenience there’s also a 24hr full service hospital 2 miles away! (NOT one of those small emergency places that don’t do anything for you). Come and relax and breath in the fresh country air and say hi to the horses or nice dogs across the property visible from your rental house :) The kitchen has a nice Air fryer!
