This 2 bedroom mews is just a 2 minute walk from Sandbach. This historical cobbled market town boasts a good selection of upmarket eatery’s, pubs, restaurants, boutiques & shops. There is a weekly Thursday market and a makers market once a month on a Saturday. This is a perfect location for families or couples wishing to explore many places of interest nearby & Cheshire's beautiful countryside, it provides the perfect base for attending weddings, special events or if just passing through. The space A luxury end mews set across 2 levels with 2 bedrooms comfortably sleeping 4. Situated on a quiet cul de sac with parking for 2 cars on the drive and its own private enclosed, gated garden at the rear. The whole property will be yours throughout your stay and has undergone an extensive modernization process, the property provides a beautifully presented, contemporary styled accommodation. The property is well equipped with everything you might need for a relaxing stay. You enter the house via the porch which leads through to the hall and from this you can go into the living space or upstairs. The separate cozy living room is comfy and has a feature fireplace, wifi, a smart tv (with free view and net flicks), and a DVD player. The kitchen has a small dining area with a door leading outside to the private garden which has an outdoor paved area with dining to eat al fresco, there is also a small lawned area. Upstairs there is a family bathroom with a bath and a waterfall shower. The main bedroom boasts a king sized bed with fresh white hotel linen a dressing table, wardrobe and a tv. The second bedroom boasts 2 single beds also with hotel linen. There is private parking for 2 cars on the drive in front of the house and a wonderful pleasing outlook. Conveniently located just a 5 minute walk from a Co-Op local and a large Waitrose supermarket, there is also an Aldi store just a little further. There is also an excellent fish and chip shop just 5 minutes walk away and a large selection of take aways and restaurants just 5 minutes away in the town. The property is near to many beautiful footpaths and walks right from your front doorstep and also further afield. Dingle woods and lake are just across the road and canal walks and the salt line and are also close by ready to explore. Just a short drive away there is plenty to do in Chester, Cheshire Oaks, The Trafford centre, Manchester, Liverpool, Delemere Forest, Tatton Park, Trentham Gardens, Bridgemere, Oulton Park, Knutsford, Alderley Edge and The Peak District. We are conveniently located just off the M6 at junction 17 but there is also a train station in Sandbach. Tv and Wifi Fast fibre wifi at the property. Rules The property is not suitable for parties and will result in immediate removal from the property. The house is in a quiet area so please be respectful of this. Any loud music, parties or smoking will result in immediate removal from the property. Dogs Well behaved dogs are welcome and a maximum of 2 with approval, but please notify us if yours will be joining you. They will not be allowed on the beds or on the furniture and there is a private small enclosed gated garden to the rear of the property. There is a small extra charge of £25 per dog. Smoking or vaping is not permitted in the property. If you wish to stay an extra night or extend your booking then please contact us as soon as possible to check availability and book you in if possible. Need a late check out? Please contact us to see if this is possible, (there may be a small extra fee). Other things to note We pride ourselves in the cleanliness of this property. You will be expected to keep it clean and tidy throughout your stay. Rubbish should be tidied away in the bin and pots washed and put away before leaving the property. Please leave the property as you found it, there are cleaning products under the sink if you should have a spill. There is a hoover and steam mop also available. Guest access The whole of the 2 bedroomed property is yours for the entirety of your stay including a private enclosed garden and off road parking for 2 cars on the on the drive. Other things to note There is a cleaning charge that is applied to clean after your stay. If staying over a week/fortnight then this fee will be applied as a weekly fee and cleaners will come into the property once a week to clean and change towels/etc.
