Kayavillas Exclusive is located at the foothills of historical Kayaköy, within a 4500 square meter of gated garden. It consists of seven villas where you can either enjoy your privacy at your own garden and pool or socialise with our other guests. The space Villa Joy is the largest villa in our facility, consisting of two floors with 140m² of indoor usage area. On the lower floor there is a bedroom with its own bathroom and opening to the garden, a living area and a fully equipped kitchen. On the upper floor, there is a bathroom with a jacuzzi and a shower, a sitting area, a bedroom with a balcony overlooking the historical Kayaköy. Our nostalgic stoves on both floors offer a pleasant and warm accommodation opportunity, especially in winter. You can relax on your private terrace among the scents of honeysuckle, cool off in your private pool, and enjoy the sun in your private garden.
