Seafront villa with a pool, fireplace and garden

The villa, which is located 20 minutes walking distance from the center, has its own pier, a large garden in the front and back and a pool (sea water). Guests who wish can also come by sea taxi. The host lives on the second floor of the house with 3 Jack Russell dogs. The lower floor where guests will be accommodated has its own entrance, but the lower and upper floors are connected by stairs in the house. We will be sensitive to the privacy of our guests. The space The living room, which is quite spacious, has a dining area and an open kitchen. The rooms are quite spacious. Guest access Guests will have access to the entire lower floor, including the front and back yard, except for the upper floor where the host lives.
