Water temperature fluctuates based on outside temperature. Hot Tub heating fees: $50/day. Hours: 6pm -11pm. Electric Car & RV charging available (see "Other Details"). The space Serene Outdoors: The large Salt Water Pool has multiple fountain water features which can be turned on for guests enjoyment, upon request. Spacious Salt Water Hot Tub inside a cozy cave offers a relaxing experience. Pre-arrangements need to be made for hot tub to be turned on and heated. Extra fees apply: $50/Day. Hours are 6-11pm. Complementary Pool Towels available for your convenience. Fire Pit: Available anytime. Complimentary fire wood is provided upon request. Available quantities may be limited. Please let Hosts know whenever it is used so that maintenance/ash clean-up can be arranged if necessary. BBQ: Available anytime; shared. Located in the backyard, pool side area, near the eating bar. Large outdoor bar equiped with mini-fridges, available for guests to use at their leisure. Plenty of parking space for multiple cars, trailers and RV's inside gated property. Guest access Guests have full access to the front yard porch and swing; the fire pit, BBQ, pool, and hot tub, as well as the massive backyard. Guests can view the 30+ chickens in their fenced in area, and can also request to interact/pet the chickens with the host in advance. Other things to note We allow medical marijuana use as allowed by Florida state laws, in designated outside areas on this property. Electric Vehicle charging available using regular outlet (15 amps). Conversion cord for regular outlet must be provided by guest. Fee: $20/day per use. RV Hook-Up available (Electric, 30 amps + Water). Fee: $20/day. Waste Dumping available onsite. Fee: $50.
