Featuring plenty of on site parking, minutes from I-20 and I-85/I-75 there is quick access to the airport, convention centers, Piedmont park and metro Atlanta! The space You will find everything you need for any type of stay in this charming, spacious and private apartment. The bedroom features a king sized bed with premium linens and comfortable, supportive memory foam topped spring mattress. The bathroom comes with a spa-like shower and necessities like shampoo, conditioner, body wash and hair dryer are included. The living area boasts 2 oversized comfortable sofas, a 65" smart TV with Netflix included and a small writing desk for the WFH hustle. High speed internet provided by AT&T makes streaming or working easy. Enjoy cooking in the full kitchen, we provide cooking basics ( oil, salt, pepper, coffee, tea, sugar, creamer) and serving on the dining table that seats 6 or the outdoor dining table that seats 4. A short walk to the Eastside belt line, which can take you on an art filled journey through the city with plenty of amazing restaurants and bars along the way. Walking, biking or scooter distance from historic Grant Park, Atlanta Zoo, little five points, Krog Street Market, Midtown, Ponce City Market, and Piedmont Park. Located just 3 miles from Mercedes Benz Stadium and an easy uber or MARTA ride to all of metro Atlantas great sports and music venues. A quick walk down the street puts you in East Atlanta village, a trendy little neighborhood with very cool bars, restaurants and shops. Grab your morning coffee from Hodgepodge or a quick treat from the famous Morelli's Ice Cream and finish your day with with margaritas at pollo supremo or banshee for amazing food and cocktails. Note that this unit makes up the ground floor of our home. The unit will be entirely yours, is completely private and is not a shared space. Guest access Use the long driveway on the right side of the house to access the extended parking area. Out back you will find a large partially fenced in back yard, shared with the owners and their dog! There is a private patio here with a dining table and cafe lights that leads to the private entrance of the apartment. There are no stairs required to enter the apartment but there is a narrow garden path leading to the patio. The apartment is equipped with keyless entry and you will be provided with a code upon booking. Other things to note We welcome dogs or cats upon request for a pet fee, please note that the back yard is not completely fenced in, and the driveway leads to a busy road. All dogs should be leashed when outdoors. Zero tolerance policy for smoking indoors. Should we find evidence that this rule has been breached (smoke smell, ashes, matches, cigar/cigarette butts etc) we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum $300 smoking fee. There is a luxury queen sized air mattress available on request for a $20 fee.
