Holiday in a modern and spacious country escape in the heart of the Yarra Valley wine region. A 13 acre property all yours to enjoy. Located to allow you to either take in the peace and quiet of your own country property or explore the best of the yarra valley, located within 10 - 15 minutes of Yarra Glen, Healesville and Kinglake and close to a range of wineries and walks in the Toolangi state forest. A modern home decked out to suit large family getaways or special intimate weekends. The house is 14 years old and still looks almost 'as new'. It has tiled floors throughout the living areas and carpet in all of the bedrooms. It also has a large double garage which contains a table tennis table and the house also comes with ducted heating and cooling and you also have access to a fire pit and wood heater for indoors. We provide a wheelbarrow of wood for fires and there's lots of wood available amongst the trees if you run out. The house and the 13 acres are all yours to enjoy as part of the stay (with the exception of locked sheds containing farming equipment).
