Situated only 2 miles from Seneca Lake and a short drive to many other FLX attractions, enjoy a century+ old farm house that has been updated and appointed with everything you may need for a comfortable and enjoyable stay! The house has plenty of space inside plus a large patio and huge yard for outdoor enjoyment! Whether you want to be out and about or would prefer to have some home-away-from-home R&R, our place has it all! Our house sits on a 1 acre lot with plenty of space for outdoor fun. Relax by the fire pit, or enjoy the covered patio while you’re outside. Inside the house, on the first floor you’ll enter through the sunroom and find a large kitchen with a hand made live edge breakfast bar. Walking through the kitchen brings you to the dining room which can seat up to 8 comfortably. From there you’ll find the cozy living room and the first floor master bedroom with a king sized bed. Also on the first floor is a full bathroom with a tub, and a laundry area with a washer and dryer. Upstairs includes 3 bedrooms with a king, queen, and double bed, and another full bathroom with a stall shower. Guests are encouraged to make full use of the entire property, inside and out. There is parking for up to 4 cars in the driveway. Guests are encouraged to use the side entrance into the sunroom which is accessible through a keypad door lock. We can be contacted through AirBnB at any time during your stay and will do everything we can to resolve any issues that may arise. The area in and around Dundee has so much to offer. In terms of supplies, there are multiple convenience stores 1/2 mile from the house. If you’re looking to be on the water, there are boat accesses to Seneca and Keuka lakes within 15 minutes from our house. If you’re in town for the wine, the Seneca Lake Wine Trail is two miles away. The Keuka Lake Wine Trail is a 15 minute drive from the house. There are also many farmers markets, local shops, and delicious diners, and amazing restaurants all around the area! Please note that although we typically do not allow guests to bring pets, this is not a pet free home. When we are there, we typically have our two dogs with us. Please consider this if you have severe allergies. If you would like to bring your dog with you, we will consider exceptions on a case-by-case basis, and we will request a refundable deposit if approved.
