Beach supplies in hall closet. The space Newly renovated, l very short walk to beach, restaurants, shops, bars and mini golf. There’s also a kiddie park and pickleball court 30 second walk away. Open, bright, lots of natural light. Palm trees in front and out back in the pool area. New appliances, new furniture, new super comfy King bed in bedroom + new sofa bed in living room, everything you'll need. High speed wifi, two flatscreen TVs with full cable package and streaming services with login (one in bedroom, one in living room). Small dining table, Keurig and drip coffee makers, dishwasher, stove, microwave, blender, kettle etc. Beach supplies (chairs, umbrella, toys). Lots of patio furniture and umbrellas for lounging out back in pool area and nice new seating on your front patio. One block from Bradenton Beach Marina with boat, seadoo rentals or tours. Bike rentals nearby too. Very close to the Cortez Bridge back to mainland Bradenton and Sarasota, so excellent quick on/off island access for bigger shopping excursions and more restaurants/shops that are across the bridge. Condo at the south end of Anna Maria Island, just 5 minutes south to Longboat Key for additional dining and secluded beaches. Guest access personal digital front door keypad code will be updated for you and shared with you before your arrival. Other things to note Guests must be minimum 25 years of age. It is a quite condo complex with no parties or extra guests permitted and it is one block from the Bradenton Beach police dept so we can call for assistance if there is ever excess after hours noise. There is one dedicated parking spot for our condo, so it's best to bring one car. If you have two cars, smaller cars may possibly fit back to back in our one spot. There is nearby public parking across the street beside the pickleball court, but overnight public parking is not available for extra cars.
