If you’re looking at booking for 20 nights or more I will happily set a per night price for you. The space 4 bedrooms with queen beds in all (the beds can’t be changed). The master bedroom has a large ensuit with double basins. 2 living areas with couches & a smart TV in the family area and master bedroom. Open plan kitchen and dining area. Alfresco area with an outdoor table and BBQ. Pets welcome as there is a fenced grassed area. Guest access Double garage and driveway space for extra cars. Public transport close by with the Klemzig park and ride Interchange just a 7min drive away or get an ubre to town. Appx. 10mins away. Other things to note This home is furnished. Please be aware beds may not be made up, however, basic bedding is supplied. This includes a fitted sheet, comforter, 2 pillows, and a blanket per queen bed (as per photos). Plus one towel per guest. Linen will only be supplied for the 4 beds. No extra beds can be supplied. Early check in and late check out need to be arranged prior to booking and cannot always be granted due to back to back bookings.
