The loft is on the ground floor and is equipped with a minibar and utensils. Check-in time is from 2 p.m. and check-out time is by 12 p.m. If there is no change of guests on the same day, I can make the schedule more flexible, but I ask that you arrange it with me or respect the schedules. Late check-outs are subject to a charge. Rules: - Please do not smoke in the rooms. - Quiet hours start at 10:30 p.m. Always avoid playing music too loudly. Be aware of noise in common areas. Remember that we have other guests and we value the harmony and tranquility of the place - 220v voltage. - Remember to bring personal utensils. I provide 1 towel per person per stay, with no changes. - I hand over the apartment with clean bed linen (sheets, towel and light duvet), without changes during the stay. - Towels or bed linens taken by guests or broken items will be charged.
