Have fun with the family at our comfortable, newly remodeled, close to town, home away from home. We purchased this house so we can visit our family on holidays or while traveling the Mid Western UnitedStates. We just renovated and are super excited to host others, we have 3 bedrooms to offer with a choice of a king, queen and a full bed. Enjoy nearby places to eat and have a cup of coffee at Havana's coffee house. Just 3 miles to Old Town Janesville along the Rock river. Thanks for checking out our home away from home. The Kitchen contains the basic essentials, such as: refrigerator, gas stove/oven, microwave, pots/pans, all cooking utensils, Plates, bowls, cups, Keurig coffee maker and a hot tea kettle. And of course, there are wine glasses. K-cups for you first night stay , basic cooking spices, will be available as well. Should you need to do some laundry during your stay, downstairs there's a washer/dryer and complimentary laundry PODS. The bathrooms are equipped with 2 bath towels per person, hand towels, makeup remover towels and hand soap. Please bring your own hair care and body wash. The bedroom have 1 king, 1 queen and 1 double bed, complete with xtra linens, choose your room by bed size. There is a smart TV in the king bed room with Netflix Provided. There is free parking in the driveway and the space in front of the house. *NO pets allowed* If you have any questions about our house, feel free to reach out! Guest have access to entire house, upstairs & down stairs, laundry facilities and the back yard. Quiet neighborhood, close to town, with in walking distance to the local grocery stores, restaurants, coffee shops, post office and more. Young children are allowed, just be aware our home has a basement. We do provide a baby gate if needed, it is to be installed between the kitchen and the stairwell to the basement. It is the parents responsibility to keep their child safe. Please notify us if you have a child and are in need of the baby gate.
