This top floor two bedroom (850 sqft) with king & queen beds, has its own private entrance, a huge sun filled living room with comfy furniture, super fast WIFI, 55" big screen TV (Netflix & Amazon Prime Video) & air conditioning. BISTRO NOOK - coffee/tea, breakfast items & snacks. Guests love our location ~ minutes away from restaurants, shopping, beaches & hiking in both Comox & Courtenay! The space Your suite is on the TOP FLOOR, with its own private entrance. Two bedrooms with incredibly comfortable King and Queen beds, nice quality linens, and sumptuous housecoats to snuggle up in! Add lovely furnishings in a private living area with views of the estuary, mountains, and farmlands that will take your breath away. A great place to relax and enjoy your vacation, a stunning view from each room! Bonus: there's a large dining room with a table (great for those traveling on business and need room to spread out the paperwork!). NO KITCHEN - however; the suite is equipped with a small fridge, microwave, toaster, dishes, cutlery, and a coffee/tea station. We provide a selection of teas & coffee, cream & sugar, and breakfast items for your convenience. Do you like it cool at night or warm and cozy? Your space has it's own dedicated climate control including air conditioning in the summer! We also have an Air purification system throughout the house to keep allergens at a minimum. PETS: Well behaved pets on approval and with an additional fee. Chill out and binge Netflix or Amazon Prime on the 55" TV. There's also a charging station for all your electronics and upgraded super fast WIFI. Secure off-street parking just steps away from your private entrance. Guests have access to the front yard and porch to enjoy that ocean breeze! Generous off-street parking is available. Other things to note We have a well behaved (very friendly) dog that lives with us. He will never be in the guest suite, but we have had requests from several guests to have him come out to play in the front yard with them! - Security Deposit: When you book a listing with a security deposit, no charge is made against your credit card unless the host makes a claim. The host has 14 days from your checkout date to make a claim for damages, should they occur.
