In Mondolfo, in one of the most beautiful villages in Italy just 5 minutes from the sea, is Casa della Tina, a ground floor apartment of about 100 square meters with an exclusive outdoor garden with a wide view of the sea of Marotta, a seaside resort of the same municipality just 3 km away. The space The apartment is on the ground floor of a three-story house, built in the 1960s by Enrico, my grandfather and initially inhabited by him with his children and his wife Santa, called Tina, known by everyone in the San Sebastiano neighborhood for her strong and confident character and her desire to do. I wanted to dedicate the name of the house I rent to Grandma Tina because every corner speaks of her and her story. In fact, the entire house was the meeting point for her 8 brothers and sisters who were scattered throughout Italy and the world, who met here every summer, each with their own family. The ground floor was for a while a cafeteria run by her, who lived on the first floor. When she moved to the ground floor, she left the first floor and the attic to my father and his family. My father and mother still live there. Both will welcome you with courtesy, discretion and helpfulness. In front of the entrance you will have an outdoor courtyard, partly paved and partly garden, where you can eat, relax and read a good book while looking at the view overlooking the valley and as far as the sea.
