As your kids play in the fully fenced backyard, vacationing will be easier. You’ll feel at peace with a completely loaded kitchen, luxury couches and beds so you’ll be at the highest level of comfort to sleep & relax. As you sink into vacation mode you'll enjoy watching Hulu, Disney+, Netflix, ESPN+, and HBO Max on both wall mounted big screen TV’s - Outdoor Fire Pit The space We have upgraded the kitchen with new appliances and granite counter tops. The flooring is also new, we took out the living room carpet and now have a nice wood like tile with a large throw rug. Bedrooms are still carpeted. There are three bedrooms. One with a: king bed, queen, and twin with trundle twin bed underneath. All mattresses, couch and recliner are luxurious and high end furniture. The back yard is fully fenced in with a little bit of grass, rocks and bushes. There's a decent fire pit, nothing fancy, if you'd like to you are welcome to bring/buy some wood and have a small fire to roast marshmallows or to relax. There's a Maverick Gas Station a couple blocks away that sells fire wood. Please follow all fire guidelines and completely put out the fire before leaving it, no glowing embers are aloud in the pit unattended. Smother it with water. The whole property is open for your use even the garage. So feel free to use the toys, board games, stroller, etc... It's a one level home and accessible to wheelchairs. There are no stairs into any room. There is a washer and dryer, detergent. There are two wall mounted big screen TV's, one in the living room and the other in the master bedroom. They both come with Hulu, Disney+, Netflix, ESPN+, and HBO Max already pre logged in for your enjoyment. If you have an account with any of those, please just use ours as to make it easier on our house keepers to not have to take as much time logging back in if you logged out. Thanks in advance There's a full bathtub in the master bath, and a walk in shower in the other bathroom. There is a paved walking path that leads to a hiking trail nearby. We'd love to have you come stay at our place, and we hope you love the area. Guest access You'll have access to everything in the house and the garage. Other things to note We're not the cheapest airbnb around and for a good reason. We'll take care of you, and you'll love this place.
