The space This small cottage flat was built circa 1850 to house local fishing families, however, the whole flat has recently been totally refurbished but retains several original features, including the ‘rolling floor’ (no your not at sea!). Suitable for two people looking for a peaceful escape. No TV, however, there is wi-fi and a plentiful supply of books and games. Property and linen professionally cleaned between each booking. Guest access There is free on-street parking directly outside the cottage flat. The flat is accessed from the rear of the building up a small set of stone steps. Key box entry to cottage flat. Other things to note The Thin Seagull (it’s a long story involving a 6-year old granddaughter and a small birdhouse!) is also an ideal place to explore this beautiful area of Angus, including the beaches of Montrose, Lunan, and St Cyrus as well as the famous Montrose Basin, home to a large variety of migratory and local bird life (binoculars provided).
