The space Your host welcomes you to a bright and pleasant accommodation, furnished in an old farmhouse, in the quiet of the Gers countryside and its sweetness of life. Located 1.5 hours from Toulouse, 25 km from Auch, 10 minutes from Mirande, the nearest small town with all its shops (restaurants, terrace bars, supermarkets, etc.), this house opens up to all the flavors, leisure opportunities, entertainment and culture offered by the region: of course the local products of the Gers (foie gras, poultry, wines, Armagnac, etc.) but also hiking (on foot, by bike, on horseback) in the nearby surroundings and as far as the Pyrenees, 1 hour by car, as well as the rich architectural heritage of the Gers. All this without forgetting the many summer entertainment events: Marciac jazz festival, country music in Mirande, Latin dances in Vic-Fezensac, classical concerts at Flaran Abbey, etc. The accommodation has a large living space of 65 m2 with a fully equipped (dishwasher included), a long dining room table and a comfortable living room. The floor, is divided into two large bedrooms (one with a king size bed), each equipped with its own bathroom with toilet. This accommodation is completely independent, adjoining that of the owner. It also offers a beautiful shaded terrace terrace (with garden furniture) at an angle with a barn corner. All of which is ideal for al fresco dining and grilling, with the first hills of the Gers and the profile of the Pyrenees. Notes: No problem parking in the courtyard, close to the accommodation. Possibility to use the washing machine in the laundry room (with separate toilet) on the ground floor. Possibility of an additional 90 cm bed in one of the two bedrooms.
