The cottage is on a 1 hectare plot where you will find a secure swimming pool, a petanque court, a swing, a terrace. The cottage is on a 1 hectare plot where you will find a small swimming pool (June to September) secured, a petanque court, a swing, a terrace with garden furniture and wooded paths for various hikes such as the Chemin de St Jacques de Compostelle. Inside it, there are 15 beds: * a furnished kitchen *a 40m2 living room *a dining room of 40m2 *a toilet *1 bedroom with 1 bed of 140 and a bathroom Upstairs we have 5 bedrooms, 2 toilets, and 2 bathrooms: *1st bedroom: 1 140-cm bed and 1 bunk bed (2 90-cm beds) *2nd Bedroom- 1 140 bed *3rd bedroom: 1 bed of 140 *4th bedroom: 2 x 140 beds *5th Bedroom- 1 x 140 bed The rental includes duvets, pillows, and bed linens for each bed. We also rent for company seminars, family reunions, birthdays... and offer themed meals (paella, couscous, buffet...) Prices shown are excluding electricity for the period from October to May, to be paid on-site. A security deposit of €1,500 will be required upon key handover.
